Dear Crimson View Parents,
I am excited for another great school year and for the many opportunities it will offer. We are very fortunate to have a wonderful faculty and community who put students first. The information below is provided to assist you as we begin the school year.
School Times and New Student Registration:
The first day of school will be Thursday, August 11. School will begin at 8:55 am with the tardy bell ringing at 9:00 am. Monday through Thursday school is dismissed at 3:30. School is dismissed at 1:15 on Fridays. New student registration will take place starting August 4 at the Crimson View office from 9:00-11:30 and 1:00-3:00.
The first day of kindergarten will be Thursday, August 20. Kindergarten testing will be August 13-August 19. Each child will receive a 30-minute testing time. Next week the kindergarten teachers will email a testing appointment time. Kindergarten times are as follows:
AM Kindergarten 9:00-11:45 Early-out Friday 9:00-10:40
PM Kindergarten 12:45-3:30 Early-out Friday 11:35-1:15
The PTO will be hosting our Back to School Night on Wednesday, August 10 from 5:00-6:30. PTO meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 8:00 PM.

Please help our drop-off and pick-up zone remain safe and efficient. You can do this by dropping-off and picking-up your student in the designated zone and by pulling forward in the zone.
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math):
I am excited for our school to continue with our STEM focus. This will provide many wonderful enriching learning experiences for our students. This summer we had several teachers complete their Utah State Technology Endorsement. Also, the majority of the faculty is taking courses towards obtaining a Utah State STEM Endorsement.
Beverley Taylor Sorensen Arts Learning Program
We are fortunate this year to have a certified music specialist. This is made possible through a grant from the Utah State Office of Education and Art Works for Kids, as well as funding from our Community Council and the Washington County School District.
You can pay for your child’s school meals by sending money to the front office or by paying online at PayPams.com.
