EGG DROP – INFORMATION

Wildcat families!

Egg-citing news! Our annual Egg Drop fundraiser was a huge success, all thanks to your amazing children and their supportive and generous family, friends, and neighbors!

We are looking forward to seeing all of the engineering skills the kids have been putting into their Egg Aircrafts this week. Every single class in the school returned enough envelopes to be upgraded to the “First Class” supplies, so we are hopeful that many eggs will survive the big take off.

After a rainy Egg Drop last year that took us indoors, we are looking forward to inviting families back for a beautiful and memorable day!

The schedule will look like this:

  • 9:30am-10:30am:  K-2 Egg Drop
(Students in K-2 who purchase school lunch will have them delivered to their class this day, after their Drop)
  • 10:45am-11:45am: 3-5 Egg Drop
(Students in grades 3-5 who purchase a school lunch will need to pick up their lunch in the lunch room at 11:45am before school dismisses)

Students will be staying together with their grade/class and rotating to different stations around the back area of the school.  They will have the chance to watch their egg drop and see if they were able to protect it from being scrambled.

We invite parents and families to rotate around with their children or bring a chair/blanket and mingle with friends and neighbors in our Crimson View community.  With our shortened schedule, we will not be having a picnic like in years past. There will be donuts provided for the kids to celebrate all of their hard work.

Please find your student’s class when you arrive and let their teacher know you are there.

If you would like to check your student(s) out, please go through the office to do so. Students are expected to stay with their class instead of getting checked out to be with younger/older siblings.

Thank you for all of your support of our incredible school and teachers!
