SEP Conferences – Arrival/Dismissal Safety

Wildcat Families —

I wanted to write a quick note and share some important information.

First, we have our first SEP Conferences scheduled for Sept 7 & 8. They will be scheduled after school from 4~7pm both evenings. You should expect your child’s teacher to share the following:

  • Current benchmark grade level expectations in LA and Math and where your child is performing related to the benchmark expectation.
  • A goal or plan of what your child’s teacher will do to help your child
  • Resources or ideas for what you can do at home to help your child

We value parents as a critical partner in the education process and hope you’ll be able to participate with us next week.

You can now schedule your SEP appointment time by going to our school website and clicking on the “Online Scheduler” link under the School Announcements section of our school homepage. (https://cves.washk12.org)

Next up … Arrival and Dismissal Parking Lot Safety … we need your help! If you are dropping off or picking up your student each day please review the map and guidelines found on our school website and watch the video below.

CLICK HERE for the guidelines posted on our website.

Our only goal is for every student to arrive at school safely and to get home each day safely. Let’s always remember that!

Finally, I’ve got a bunch of information to simply share with you. Links, flyers, info …
